The trainer is William Bruen from Priority Management (PM) Ireland Ltd.

After leaving college, he worked for 7 years designing mainframe computers in the USA. He returned to Ireland in 1995 and was part of the team charged with converting Amdahl Ireland from a Manufacturing Organisation to an IT Solutions provider for the Fortune 500 companies in Europe. In 1998, he became the leader of the Technology Practice for Fujitsu/DMR Consulting. 

In 2003, he joined Priority Management (PM) Ireland Ltd. as Director of Course Development and Delivery. Through the delivery of the Working Sm@rt™ programme, he trained over 11,000 executives how to implement a personal effectiveness system giving them back complete control.

 In 2013, William set up Real World Training Solutions (RWTS) Ltd. to develop E-Learning content and an associated infrastructure to facilitate the delivery of high quality online training.

Kevin Green has been the Chief Executive of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation since June 2008. The REC is the professional body for the UK’s £25 billion private recruitment and staffing industry.

Previously, Kevin was HR Director at the Royal Mail, where he was responsible for all people-related issues for the business with 165,000 employees. He was part of the leadership team which transformed the business from losing £1 million a day in 2003 to making over £600 million profit in 2007.


President of NRF Ms Barbara McGrath  will give insight of what is ahead for the year for the NRF and its members while NRF’s Vice President Frank Farrelly will look at facts and figures of industry performance both at home and around the globe and will also look at the trends that have developed over the past year.

The Conference will be chaired by NRF secretary Louise Nolan.
