Joining the NRF gives individual agencies the opportunity to influence at the industry level and contribute to the debate on key challenges facing the industry that is simply not possible for most agencies acting independently.     • Legal Helpline

      In conjunction with one of our associate members, Brennan Insurances, we offer a Free Legal Advice Helpline to all members. A team of legal experts and solicitors are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week ready to provide practical legal advice over the phone.The service is managed by DAS Group, specialists in the legal expenses field. Queries can relate to straightforward questions on employee rights, for example, to more complex queries relating to specific incidents. Their legal team is there to provide the answers and point people in the right direction. Information can also be given on specific and relevant legislation.

    • Quality Mark

      Membership of the NRF communicates a commitment to Best Practice in the industry and an adherence to legislation and giving you the lead against some of your competitors – note some multinationals are currently making it a prerequisite that an agency they use should be an NRF member.

      Technical assistance on all matters relating to the industry by phone/email
      New Business NRF marketing/PR and general promotion of the industry as well as drawing attention to NRF member agencies.

      Recognised by The Department of Enterprise, Trade & Employment as the industry representatives, the NRF works closely with the Department and other key stakeholders on important issues relating to the industry in particular with regards to legislative changes.

      Breakfast briefing topics based on learning requirements of the membership. The NRF has also developed its own Certificate in Recruitment Practice course.


    • Garda Vetting Service

      The NRF has a fully authorised Garda Vetting Service in operation that is showing record times for form returns and are the only authorised organisation for handling Garda Vetting in the recruitment industry in Ireland.

      NRF is exercising its Buying Power with a Cents & Sensibility initiative and all networking events (including Annual Conference & Breakfast Briefings) are free to NRF member agencies and their staff.
