The NRF has been asked by a number of you to provide guidance on the changes and what they should be aware of with the Companies Act 2014.The Act commenced on June 1st so the 18 month transition period has now begun. During this time, companies should take steps to ensure compliance with the Act. The Act has been in development for over a decade and passed through the Houses of the Oireachtas in December 2014.

NRF partner and Associate member Gary Irwin Solicitors will host the Breakfast Briefing and the speaker will be Robert McGarr BL.  While Robert will be looking at the top ten changes you need to be aware of he is also open to accepting questions or concerns from you if you wish to forward them to me and he will include them in the presentation.
